Your tasks

• Supporting the sales team with administrative and commercial tasks.
• Preparing, following up and keeping track of quotations and customer information.
• Answering and following up customer questions by phone and email.
• Comfortable with cold calling.
• Actively spotting opportunities and contributing to achieving sales targets.
• Contributing to improving customer satisfaction.

As Inside Sales Ocean, you work closely with our sales team and are actively involved in supporting sales activities. You ensure accurate handling of quotations and maintain contact with (potential) customers and internal departments to keep things running smoothly. You are an essential link in the process and contribute to achieving our commercial objectives. You also enjoy proactively suggesting new opportunities.

Is this you?

• Affinity with sales and commercial work; experience in a sales role is an advantage.
• Strong communication skills and customer focus, with a positive attitude.
• Able to work independently and accurately.
• Enterprising by nature.
• Skilled in using MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
