Working Warehouse Foreman Night Shift

Zaltbommel, 40 hours

Your tasks

• Daily coordination of activities in the warehouse during the night shifts.
• Responsible for daily staffing.
• Monitoring the efficiency and quality of the work.
• Leading, training and motivating your team.
• Ensuring compliance with safety and company regulations.
• Actively taking part in loading, unloading and processing goods.
• Reporting operational performance and any issues to the Warehouse Manager.
• Contributing ideas for process improvements.

Is this you?

• You have experience in a supervisory role, preferably in logistics.
• You have good communication skills and know how to motivate a team.
• You are organised and have a talent for problem solving.
• You are flexible and willing to work at night.
• Knowledge of logistics processes and safety regulations is an advantage.
• A valid forklift certificate is a nice extra.

As a Working Warehouse Foreman, you are responsible, together with your team leader, for effectively coordinating activities during the night shifts. You are the team leader’s right hand and stand in when needed. Together with your team leader, you manage a team of warehouse staff and actively take part in the operational work. You report directly to the Warehouse Manager and work closely with other departments within the company.
