Customer Service Representative

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who gets energy from customer contact and solving logistics issues! In this role, you are the link between our customers, hauliers and internal departments.

As a Customer Service Representative in our logistics organisation, you are the first point of contact for customers and transport partners. You ensure smooth handling of questions and logistics processes, monitor the progress of shipments and solve problems efficiently. Thanks to your customer-focused and proactive attitude, you contribute to smooth logistics services and satisfied customers.

Your tasks

• Answering questions about shipments, delivery times and logistics processes.
• Processing and following up transport orders and order statuses in our system.
• Coordinating deliveries and resolving any delays or problems.
• Maintaining contact with hauliers, suppliers and customers.
• Administratively processing customer contacts and logistics files.
• Contributing to improvements in our logistics service and customer satisfaction.

Is this you?

• Experience in a customer-focused or administrative role; experience in logistics is an advantage.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Accurate and good at multitasking.
• Knowledge of logistics systems is a plus.
• Good command of Dutch and English.
