Benelux Planner

Zaltbommel, 40 hours

As a Benelux Planner at G. van Doesburg Transport, you are responsible for efficiently organising transport and maintaining close contact with both customers and drivers. You play a crucial role in the entire logistics process, from order processing to problem solving.

Your tasks

• Accurately entering and managing transport orders in our system.
• Efficiently planning, allocating and supervising trips for both our own fleet and external carriers.
• Speaking to customers by phone and email and providing them with accurate and clear information.
• Effective communication with and guidance of drivers, both nationally and internationally.
• Initiating and taking part in continuous improvement projects.
• Responding adequately to any problems or delays during the transport process.
• Working with internal teams and external partners to find sustainable solutions.

Is this you?

• Several years of experience in a similar position in the logistics or transport sector.
• You work in shifts, which fall between 07:00 and 22:00.
• Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English.
• Able to handle stress and work under pressure.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
