Your tasks

• Devising and managing recruitment strategies for a range of positions, from operational and commercial to management.
• Actively searching for talent via LinkedIn, job boards and your own network.
• Coordinating and carrying out selection procedures, including interviews and any assessments.
• Guiding the entire recruitment process: from strategy to onboarding.
• Advising hiring managers on the recruitment process and labour market trends.
• Setting up and carrying out employer branding strategies to increase visibility, including through social media campaigns.
• Working with educational institutions and other organisations to raise awareness of GD-iTS and expand the network of potential candidates.

Is this you:

• At least 2 to 4 years of experience as a recruiter, preferably at higher professional education (HBO) level.
• Experience in recruiting candidates at different levels.
• Knowledge of employer branding, sourcing, selection and recruitment tools.
• Affinity with the logistics sector is an advantage.
• Good communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Results-driven, good at multitasking and able to keep the overview.
• Enthusiastic, persistent and goal-oriented.
• A connector, presentable and responsible.
• Flexible and enjoys variety and dynamism.

As a recruiter, you are responsible for recruiting and selecting professionals for the operations department, the warehouse and the office. You guide the entire recruitment process and get the opportunity to use your expertise in employer branding to position our organisation attractively for new talent.
