Sales Manager Air Freight (AMS)

Are you a driven Sales Manager with a passion for air freight and experience in developing customer relationships? Do you want to contribute to the growth of a dynamic logistics organisation where the customer comes first? At GD-iTS Group, Air department, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Manager who will take our air freight activities to the next level.

Your tasks

• Developing and executing a strategic sales plan for the air freight activities.
• Building, managing and expanding long-term relationships with direct shippers and agents.
• Attending (international) networking events and conferences.
• Actively identifying and seizing new business opportunities in the market.
• Working with internal teams to offer customer-focused solutions.
• Achieving revenue targets and reporting results to management.

As Sales Manager Air Freight, you are responsible for increasing our market share and strengthening our position in the air freight sector. You focus on both direct shippers and agents and know how to get these target groups excited about our logistics solutions. Your role is essential in achieving our growth targets.

Is this you?

• At least 5 years of experience in a commercial role in logistics, with a focus on air freight.
• Extensive knowledge of the air freight market and strong connections within the sector.
• A proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer satisfaction.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
